Exercise

In threes conduct an interview, 2 interviewers to one interviewee, construct questions and decide if they get the job or not on the strength of the interview.

 

After the interview the panel should discuss confidentially, (in this case with the candidate listening) the way the candidate presented and what they liked and disliked.
